The SB57 bench features five backrest positions, enabling flat and incline exercises. This makes it possible to target muscle groups from different angles, such as chest presses on a flat bench, incline presses for upper chest, shoulder presses in an upright position, and supported rows. The bench can also be used for lower body exercises such as Bulgarian split squats.
The Hammertone dumbbell kit allows resistance to be increased or decreased in small increments by adding or removing plates. This supports progressive overload, which is a key principle in strength training. Being able to adjust the load makes the set suitable for a range of exercises and users, and allows the same equipment to remain useful as strength improves over time.
