Job Title: Sales Executive

McSport is currently looking for a Sales Executive to join a vibrant sales team which is based in our Dublin Head Office. We are looking for someone with excellent sales experience within a fast-paced environment. This person is an over-achiever with a hunger for always providing superb customer service. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your personal monthly sales targets are achieved while maintaining margin.
  • Process sales quotes/orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all quotes are followed up.
  • Consistently generate new leads.
  • Provide excellent customer service and upsell where possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints/issues in a timely manner.
  • Process payments – cash/Realex/PayPal/vouchers, etc.
  • Build relationships internally and externally.
  • Ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner as agreed with the customer.
  • General administration duties.
  • Represent the McSport brand to the best of your ability.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Due to rapid growth, an opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Dublin 22. As Digital Marketing Manager for McSport and Hit Fitness, you will be a key contributor to the growth of our sports and fitness brands. It is an exciting time to join our journey! This role is suited best to someone who has honed their paid search skills and is looking to take on more responsibility with the wider digital team!

Location - Office Based - Robinhood | Reporting to: Head of Online

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Drive and execute large scale paid campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads to include PPC, display and video ads.
  • Oversee the Digital Marketing channels working closely with the marketing and eCommerce teams.
  • Oversee the 7 figure digital marketing spend whilst directly control the SEM channel.
  • Own the strategy for paid search and shopping campaigns – must have strong experience.
  • Provide ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking, automation, script creation and reporting
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities - identify trends and insights from the data and use that to inform performance and budget optimisation to produce the best ROI.
  • Evaluate the customer journey across relevant digital touchpoints to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new ways to reach target audiences.
  • Feed into the content strategy, working closely with our in-house copywriter to ensure our SEO strategy is in line with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best.
  • Work with the e-commerce team to optimise landing pages to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Identify critical conversion and drop off points and optimize funnels.
  • Drive digital marketing innovation, agile ways-of-working and a culture of continual test-and-learn/improvement across the department.
  • Introduce deeper analysis around CLV and retention strategies.

Keys Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong experience in Google Adwords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Criteo, YouTube, Bing, and other online platforms.
  • Experience running 7 figure ad budgets. 
  • Experience with tracking, measurement, pixel/tag implementation, and working with attribution models.
  • Extremely high level of comfort working with and manipulating data to identify actionable insights. Highly proficient at Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
  • A passion for digital media and e-commerce.
  • A passion for fitness/sport.
  • Retail experience is desirable.
  • Commercially driven with an appetite to improve our brands every day.
  • Passionate about data and analytics.
  • Strong Attention to detail.

Job Title: HR Senior Generalist

Reporting to: Renée Menelaou

Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for all HR queries.
  • Keep records of new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
  • Advising management team on HR issues and changes to employment law
  • Keep up to date with Employment Law regulations and any changes.
  • Ensure compliancy with rules and regulations.
  • Manage the company disciplinary procedures.
  • Conduct “Return To Work” and Exit interviews.
  • Provide stakeholders guidance on managing performance, absenteeism, grievances and disciplinaries etc.
  • Managing Absence.io, ensuring all employees profiles are accurate and up to date, deliver reports to senior management as required.
  • Setting up all new starters with welcome packs, IT system logins, desks, swipes/fobs, and general IT requirements.
  • Support the implementation and success of HR driven technology if/as required.
  • Deliver the HR onboarding and health & safety of all new starters.
  • Supporting, implementing, and monitoring of all H&S policies and procedures, while improving on efficiencies where needed.
  • Housekeeping: monitoring supplies and ordering when needed.
  • Supporting the catering requirements for internal meetings/events.
  • Coordinating and managing company processes & procedures.
  • Liaise with employees formally/informally to ensure cultural and professional well-being is enforced.
  • Compiling contracts and coversheets.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies, procedures, handbooks etc.
  • Compile and maintain employee files & records (hard and soft copies).
  • Ensure duties relative to employee relations are supported, coordinated on, and executed.
  • Manage the entire employee life-cycle process from start to finish.
  • Assist with annual performance reviews.
  • Manage statutory leave and maximise retention of employees returning from such leave.
  • Work with Head of People & Development to ensure all training opportunities are embraced.
  • Produce and analyse HR management information and make recommendations to the Head of People & Development.
  • Manage in-house incentives & company events.

Key skills & experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
  • Experience of working in an SME, family-run preferably.
  • A-Z HR experience preferred.
  • Experience of working in connection with a warehousing function.
  • Experience of building relationships and working with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
  • Particularly strong in the employee relations space.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must be passionate and possess strong company morals.

Job Title: Goods Inward Supervisor

McSport is currently looking for a Goods Inwards Supervisor to join our Warehouse Department based in our Dublin Head Office location. We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals who are passionate and dedicated in what we do!  

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Supervision of the Goods Inwards Team to ensure all vendor goods, commercial and private returns are processed and received into the business in line with the Goods Inwards and returns processes.
  • Adjust daily work schedules to meet business demands.
  • Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices.
  • People management responsibilities including training, planning, and assigning daily work.
  • Maintain time and attendance system and holiday planning.
  • Recommend measures to improve quality of service and increase efficiency of department.
  • Continuously improve goods inwards operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
  • Manage process and material flows to maximize utilisation of the warehouse.
  • Maintain and promote the highest standards of health and safety throughout the operation.
  • Maintain and promote standards to the highest level within the department through the involvement of all team members.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Keys Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics management/co-ordination.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a distribution/fulfilment environment is essential.
  • Prior knowledge of operations, warehouse management and transportation management.
  • Experience using WHS would be a distinct advantage (NAV).
  • Current Counterbalance and Bendi license is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task if required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a very fast paced working environment.
  • Quality awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an excellent level of verbal and written English.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Inventory Controller

McSport are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our Inventory Management Team. This person will assist in ensuring the effective and accurate management of our inventory and merchandise. 

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, customers, and internal teams. You will be expected to deliver full confidence in the quantity and value of all stock held by the company, thereby allowing the company to maximise its profitability. Through assisting in the creating of an effective control system, you will enable the company to maintain optimal stock levels of quality products at all times. This role will report directly to the Senior Inventory Control Manager.

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Establish metrics to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
  • Conduct weekly reconciliations with the accounting system
  • Tracking shipments, and addressing any delays
  • Carry out cycle counts ensuring all bins are completed monthly
  • Liaise with Warehouse staff and other internal teams in relation to the delivery and storage of stock
  • Maintain fully updated inventory records
  • Assist in the enhancement and development of the software that drives the inventory function
  • Conduct regular quality control checks in relation to goods being despatched to customers
  • Be fully conversant with the company’s purchasing plans in order to ensure that sufficient warehouse space exists to manage the peaks and troughs of the business
  • Be fully engaged in the process of the verification of stock numbers and values for the annual company Audit 

Keys Skills & Experience: 

  • Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller or similar role, 3 to 5 years
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Have actively participated in inventory audits
  • Have excellent organization skills
  • Have a methodical mind
  • A desire for accuracy
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Be solutions driven
