"We found McSport to be very professional to deal with and they were able to delivery on what is quite a unique concept so it would have been a difficult challenge. Between ourselves and McSport we have put together a facility which is completely unique, not only for county Wicklow but we feel is unique for Ireland. The idea for us is to bring all these aspects of martial arts, functional training, Olympic lifting and put them into a package which will enable us to entice more people into the facility and also to benefit the members who are at the moment may be hampered with older less traditional methods.

What we feel we have done is brought something that is totally unique and covers all areas of advanced training so we can appeal to sports people, people who are looking to take their training that little more seriously as well as those trying to expand their element of Strength & Conditioning.
