How to return an item
- Start your return. Click Start a return and enter your order number (it's on your order confirmation email) and the email address you ordered with.
- Fill in the form. Tick the items you're returning and tell us why. Add photos of the item and its packaging if you can. If you can't, you can still send your return, or reply to our email with photos later. Then press Send.
- We confirm we've received it. As soon as you press Send, we'll email you your return reference.
- We review your return within 1 working day. If it's approved, we'll email you the next step: either our returns address and your reference, or the collection details if we're collecting it. Please don't send anything back until you've had this email.

Send it back (if asked). Write your return reference clearly on the parcel and post it to:
McSport, Attn: Returns Department, Unit 4, Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22, D22 A4P8.
We recommend a tracked service. - We check it. When it arrives, our warehouse checks it and we email you to confirm.
- Your refund. Once it's approved, we'll email you to confirm the refund. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for it to show on your account.
Our returns window is 90 days. If something arrives damaged, please tell us within 72 hours of delivery. Ordered by phone or through our Sales Office? Contact Customer Service on 01 293 0005 or at customerservice@mcsport.ie. Your statutory rights are not affected.
