Perhaps one of the greatest benefits of the Bosu Balance Trainer is that strength is developed in smaller, stabilizing muscles. Although small, these muscles are essential to help support and protect the body. In fact, they are key in terms of injury prevention! Unfortunately, these muscles are often overlooked or left unchallenged in ‚regular, exercise routines, but because the Bosu encourages your body to find and maintain balance, these muscles get a fantastic workout too!
