The Hit Boxing Fixed Iron Hook is a steel hook connected using an iron frame to ensure your punch bag is secure and sturdy. Standing at 24 inches long, the iron frame comes out far enough from the wall to ensure you have room for your boxing bag to move.
This hook is compatible with Hit Boxing and all other punch bags and must be installed on a solid wall or brick.

How long does it take?
