Our Pilates Mat is ½ inch thick (13mm) with closed-cell air pockets to provide a soft yet durable design, for a firm, yet comfortable workout experience. Our mat has a ribbed surface for a better feel during use and to provide a non-slip performance surface. The Hit Yoga Pilates Mat easily rolls up for storage and wipes clean with a damp towel, allowing you to make each session focused, inspirational, and meaningful.

How long does it take?
