What mat thickness should I choose? 4mm is the standard yoga thickness — enough cushioning while keeping stability in standing balances. 13mm suits pilates and floor work where the spine, knees and hips take the load. Cork mats sit around 5mm and grip better as you sweat.

Why cork yoga blocks? Cork is denser and more stable than foam under bodyweight, does not compress over time, and is harvested without felling the tree — making it the sustainable choice for studio use.

What does a pilates ring do? Also called a magic circle, it adds light resistance to inner thigh, glute and upper body work, giving feedback on alignment and helping engage the correct muscles during mat pilates.
