The Hit Fitness Commercial Pec Fly / Rear Deltoid is a dual-function fly and reverse fly training the chest one way and the often-neglected rear delts the other — the pairing that keeps shoulders strong, balanced and injury-resistant. The 90 kg stack starts at just 5 kg and moves in 5 kg steps, so every user — from transition-year students to senior players — progresses at their own pace.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.
