The NordicTrack AirGlide LE is a front-drive elliptical designed for low-impact cardio training at home. It combines a 20" (50.8 cm) adjustable stride with 26 levels of digital resistance and an adjustable ramp from -5° to 15°.
The combination gives you several ways to change the feel of a workout. Resistance can be adjusted to increase or reduce effort, while the ramp changes the emphasis and movement pattern of the exercise.
» 26 Digital Resistance Levels
The AirGlide LE has 26 digital resistance levels, allowing you to make small adjustments to workout intensity. Resistance is controlled from the integrated handle controls, so you can change levels without reaching for the console.
The elliptical uses Silent Magnetic Resistance™ and a 14.5 kg inertia-enhanced flywheel for a smooth and quiet pedal stroke.
» Adjustable Incline and Decline
The ramp can be adjusted between -5° and 15°. Changing the ramp angle alters the movement and can be useful for introducing more variation into your workouts.
» 20" Adjustable Stride
The AirGlide LE has an automatically adjustable stride length of up to 20" (50.8 cm). This provides a longer movement than many compact home ellipticals and can be adjusted automatically during compatible iFIT workouts.
» iFIT Compatibility
The AirGlide LE is designed to work with iFIT, which provides access to a large library of guided workouts and training programmes. iFIT can also automatically adjust resistance and incline during compatible workouts.
Features include SmartAdjust™, personalised workout recommendations, Google Maps route creation and the ability to sync activity data with services such as Strava, Garmin Connect and Apple Health.
An iFIT membership is required to access the full iFIT content and features. You can also connect your own phone or tablet via Bluetooth and use the built-in console to view workout metrics.
» Console and Connectivity
The console provides live workout information, while two built-in 2" speakers provide audio playback. There is also a USB-C charging port and Bluetooth headphone compatibility.
An AutoBreeze™ fan provides airflow during training, and the oversized cushioned pedals are designed to provide a stable foot position during use.

» Who is the AirGlide LE suited to?
The AirGlide LE is suited to home users looking for an elliptical with a longer stride, adjustable ramp and a broad range of resistance levels. Its relatively large footprint means it is better suited to a dedicated workout area than a small space where equipment needs to be stored away after every session. If you are particularly interested in guided workouts and automatic resistance and incline adjustments, iFIT is an important part of the overall setup. For users who prefer self-directed training, the machine can also be used without relying on iFIT workouts.
