With approximately 60kg of resistance, the 60mm band is the strongest in the range, making it ideal for heavy compound lifts, maximal effort training, and high-intensity loading strategies. It offers a powerful way to introduce serious tension without additional weight plates — helping coaches fine-tune resistance curves and create greater training stimulus for experienced athletes.

These 60mm bands offer approximately 60kg of resistance, making them ideal for maximum-strength lifts, heavy accommodating resistance, and advanced athletic performance work. They integrate easily with Olympic, Hex, or EZ bars, as well as racks and benches, and pair well with free weights or cable machines to introduce high levels of variable resistance without relying solely on additional plates.

The included drawstring bag keeps your gear organized between sessions. Lightweight yet durable, it’s sized to hold all five bands with room to spare for loop bands or smaller tools. The secure closure ensures nothing spills out in transit—ideal for mobile PTs or multi-room setups.

Please note that deliveries of large items are a kerbside/driveway delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.

How long does it take?

• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.

You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.

All orders are being handled by our third party courier partner, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.

Please ensure your mode of transport is suitable for the size of the items you order.

We will hold collection items for 14 days.
