This 6ft Olympic Barbell is a professional quality Women's competition-style barbell. It has a smooth spin with 4 bearings allowing it to hold heavier plates with a smooth rotation of the bar. It has a hardened chrome finish that increases the bar's strength and makes it more resistant to corrosion. This is one of the strongest bars around with a weight capacity of around 550kg. Mild knurling at grip areas with no middle knurl to prevent excess wear and tear for the lifter.
The bar is 28mm in diameter and is for use with 2" Olympic plates only. It is perfect for cleans, jerks, squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, bent-over rows, and any other bar exercises with or without plates
