The Hit Fitness Chest-Supported Row Machine is a commercial plate-loaded machine designed to target the back muscles through a smooth, natural rowing motion. Its chest-supported design helps reduce strain on the lower back while allowing users to focus on developing the lats, traps, rhomboids and rear deltoids.
The machine supports two rowing positions. Users can either lean their chest against the pad or perform rows while leaning their back against it, allowing for different pulling angles and muscle activation. Two foot platforms, including one adjustable to five angles, provide a stable and comfortable training position.
The independently moving handles travel on polished stainless steel guides with dual linear bearings for smooth operation. Each handle rotates freely to encourage a natural wrist position, while the grip width can be adjusted using nine positions on each side to suit different users and training styles.
The chest pad adjusts through eight positions and is mounted on linear bearings, making it easy to change the angle for different rowing variations and user heights. A large foot platform further improves stability during training.
Built from heavy-duty 3 mm steel with a durable powder-coated finish, the machine features robotically welded construction, integrated Olympic weight plate storage, chrome loading sleeves and a stable six-point base with rubber feet. It is CE certified and supplied flat packed with assembly instructions.
