The HIT Fitness Pro Boxing Man Free Standing Punch Bag is a realistic training dummy made for athletes of all levels during practice & training camps. A great feature of this product is the realistic target areas for which to aim for knock-out punches!

The boxing BOB has been used by martial artists for years. BOB stands for a Body Opponent Bag and is a life-like mannequin with a vinyl 'skin' for more realistic self-defence training.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.
