Manufactured from durable polyisoprene, this heavy-duty resistance band offers a latex-free alternative while maintaining the elasticity, durability, and resistance needed for regular training.

Suitable for a wide range of exercise styles, this resistance loop supports strength training, mobility exercises, stretching, rehabilitation programmes, core conditioning, and general fitness routines. Its closed-loop design allows for controlled resistance across both upper and lower body exercises.

Resistances

The Extra-Light resistance level (3–7kg) is perfectly suited to beginners, toning, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation exercises.

The Light resistance level (7–15kg) is well suited to beginners, muscle toning, physiotherapy, rehabilitation exercises, and lower-intensity resistance training.

The Medium resistance level (15–30kg) band is perfectly suited to intermediate users and general strength training.

The Strong resistance level (30–45kg) band is perfectly suited to advanced users and muscle-building exercises.
