The Complete Home Gym Pack 120kg - a complete solution that provides you with everything you need to become a versatile and effective home exercise regimen.

The core of these packages are the Hit Fitness F100 and the F200 PRO Power Rack, which provide a solid and dependable platform for your strength training exercises.

With their powerful design and large space, it provides a dependable environment for a variety of exercises, including squats, bench presses, and pull-ups.

To assist with your weightlifting efforts, the pack contains 3 different weights of Olympic Cast Iron Tri-Grips, including pairs of 5 kilograms, 10 kilograms, 15 kilograms, and 20 kilograms.

For bench pressing and other dumbbell exercises, the package contains the Hit Fitness SB30 Home Weight Bench or the SB42 Deluxe Weight Bench (depending on the bundle you choose).

Completing the pack is the Home Olympic Bar with a 7foot (20kg) weight, this platform is strong enough to support the weight of the plates. Additionally, the pack includes a pair of Spring collars to ensure that your weights are retained safely during your lifts.

The Complete Home Gym Pack 120kg comes in two versions

The Standard pack features the F100 PRO Power Rack and Hit Fitness SB30 Home Weight Bench for those looking for an beginners home gym kit. This Weight Bench has 6 levels of incline and decline.

The Plus pack features the F200 PRO Power Rack and SB42 Deluxe Weight Bench, which delivers 5 levels of incline and a decline angle. The F200 Power Rack offers a greater weight capacity than the F100.

Both versions come with Cast Iron Discs and a barbell totalling 120kg (the barbell weighs 20kg). See the full comparison below.

Please note that deliveries of large items are a kerbside/driveway delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.

How long does it take?

• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.

You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.

All orders are being handled by our third party courier partner, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.

Free Click and Collect

At checkout select the Pick Up option.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.

Please ensure your mode of transport is suitable for the size of the items you order.

We will hold collection items for 14 days.
