Product information

The Align Pilates Roll Up Metal Pilates Pole 32" is a compact, weighted tool designed to improve alignment, build upper-body control, and enhance scapular stability across Reformer work, Ladder Barrel exercises, and mat-based Pilates. Its shorter length offers greater versatility than a full 60″ Gondola Pole, making it easier to use inside Reformer straps and suitable for a wider range of movements.

Built from solid iron, this pole provides added resistance compared with wooden options - ideal for clients or home users who want a little more challenge and a more grounded feel during shoulder, arm, and posture-focused work.

Why choose this pole

  • Improves alignment & control - Helps reinforce proper form and scapular stability across classical and contemporary Pilates exercises.

  • More exercise options - Short 32″ length slots easily into Reformer straps and works well across apparatus and mat work.

  • Weighted for added resistance - Solid iron construction increases intensity compared with wooden poles.
