Pro Soft Pilates Weights are soft, hand-held weighted balls designed to add light resistance to matwork and reformer Pilates. They increase exercise intensity while supporting controlled, low-impact training.

Who they are for

Ideal for beginners or conditioning-focused workouts where lighter resistance is required. Suitable for Pilates, rehabilitation, and functional movement training.

Design and feel

Made from soft, flexible PVC and filled with iron sand, these weights are comfortable to hold and safer than traditional dumbbells if dropped. The soft texture also encourages grip engagement and postural control.

How long does it take?

  • Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.

You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.
