Designed for use with Pilates Cadillac equipment, the Align Pilates Long Cadillac Springs provide controlled resistance for a wide range of Pilates exercises focused on strength, mobility, stability, and movement precision.

Manufactured from high-quality Korean music wire and finished with a durable nickel coating, these 64cm springs are intended for use with both full Pilates Cadillac and half Cadillac systems. The colour coded tension supports assisted and resistance-based movement patterns commonly used in Pilates studio practice and rehabilitation-focused sessions.

Available in three resistance levels—Very Light (Yellow), Light (Purple), and Strong (Red)—to support different exercise requirements and user abilities across Cadillac training programmes.

How long does it take?

• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.

You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
