Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Commercial Full Rack best suited for? 🏢

The Commercial Full Rack is built for commercial gyms, training studios, and serious lifters who demand the highest load capacity, durability, and structural strength. Its 75 × 75 mm steel frame and 450 kg max load make it ideal for everyday heavy use and multiple users.

Do I need a commercial rack like this, or is a home rack enough? 🤔

Choose this rack if you:

• Run a gym or training facility

• Train multiple people regularly

• Lift heavy (near maximal loads)

• Want a rack built for long-term, high-frequency use

Home power racks can be excellent, but the Commercial Full Rack is purpose-built for high traffic and heavy lifting environments.

What exercises can I do with the Commercial Full Rack? 🏋️‍♂️

Out of the box, this rack supports all major compound movements including:

• Squats and front squats

• Bench press (flat, incline, decline with a bench)

• Overhead press

• Deadlifts and rack pulls

• Lunges and shrugs

• Pull-ups and chin-ups (multi-grip bar)

Its wide clearance and stable frame make heavy lifts feel secure.

What safety features does this rack include? 🛡️

The Commercial Full Rack includes:

• Adjustable spotter bars for safe lifts

• Heavy-duty anti-slip feet

• Multi-grip pull-up bar for stable overhead holds

These help reduce risk during heavy squats, presses, and progressions.

What is the height and space requirement for this rack? 📏

Rack height: ~201 cm

Recommended room setup:

• Ceiling height: 220 cm+ (to allow for pull-ups and overhead movements)

• Training space: approx. 280 cm x 260 cm

This ensures you have room for benches, plate loading, and full range movement.

Can this rack handle heavy lifting? 🏋️

Yes — with a 450 kg maximum capacity, the Commercial Full Rack accommodates very heavy squats, presses, and barbell conditioning work without compromise.

Does the Commercial Full Rack come with attachments? 🔩

No attachments are included as standard. This rack prioritises structural strength and reliability over modular attachment expansion.

Can I add attachments to this commercial rack? 🔒

Unlike the F100 and F200 models, this rack is designed primarily for heavy and repeated use, not modular accessory systems. If you want cable systems, landmines, or dip stations, these are best added through separate specialist equipment (e.g., cable machines or functional trainers) that complement the commercial rack.

Is this rack suitable for bench press setups? 🪑

Yes. When paired with a commercial adjustable bench, the Full Rack becomes a dedicated pressing and compound training station capable of handling high loads securely.

What type of barbell works with the Commercial Full Rack? 🏋️

This rack is designed for 7 ft Olympic bars, which are the standard in commercial and performance training settings.
