Product information

Squat-day strength without barbells

The Hit Fitness Commercial Hack Squat is an upright, supported squat pattern that drives load through the legs and hips rather than compressing the spine — letting players and members squat heavy with confidence, no rack skills required. Quad-track rollers keep the path smooth and flip-and-lock pads make setup instant. A coach's favourite for building leg strength safely across a whole squad.

Features

Quad-track roller system: stable, smooth squat travel
Flip-and-lock back pads: fast changeovers in group sessions
Contoured shoulder pads: comfortable under heavy sets
Metal footplate: solid stance options
4 limit-block safety stops: controlled depth, safe failure
