Inner and outer thigh training in one machine

The Hit Fitness Commercial Add/Abductor is a dual-function abduction and adduction training the outer hips and glutes (vastus lateralis, gluteus maximus) and inner thighs (adductor magnus) — two of the most-used movements on any floor, and key groin-strength work for GAA, soccer and rugby players. Guided, adjustable and intuitive enough for unsupervised use.

Features

  • Dual in/out function: one seat, two movements
  • Groin and hip strength: directly relevant to field-sport injury prevention
  • 7-level leg pad and 5-level back pad (pop-pin): quick, precise setup
  • Enclosed 90 kg stack: starts at just 5 kg in 5 kg steps, beginner-friendly
