Product information

Train smart in any space with the 5ft Barbell & Weight Set | Radial Plates. Designed around a 5ft Olympic barbell, this set is ideal for focused strength sessions targeting arms, shoulders, and upper body muscles. It also supports a limited selection of compound exercises such as bent over rows and beginner squats, making it a strong option for home users building a foundation in strength training.

Rubber radial plates with ergonomic cut outs offer safer handling and help protect floors and equipment. The shorter bar length increases control and reduces the space required, making this set suitable for home settings with limited room.

Total Weight: ~43.8kg

For foundational strength and all round home workouts

A simple and effective loading setup with 5kg and 10kg plates. Ideal for beginners or anyone focused on mastering form and consistency while still lifting with purpose.
