Xterra ERG780 Air Rower

The Xterra ERG780 Air Rower is an air resistance rower designed for home users who want a straightforward way to monitor and structure their rowing workouts. Resistance responds to rowing intensity, allowing you to control the effort through your stroke rate and power.

Console & Training Data

The 4-inch backlit LCD console provides a clear overview of your workout, displaying:

• Time

• Distance

• Calories

• Heart rate

• Strokes and total strokes

• Strokes per minute (SPM)

• Watts

• Time/500m

• Resistance

The console also supports FTMS connectivity, allowing the ERG780 to sync with compatible fitness platforms including Fitbit, Strava, Google Fit, Apple Health, Garmin, MapMyFitness and Kinomap.

Adjustable Footplates

The footplates feature both height and strap adjustment, helping accommodate different users and providing a secure foot position throughout each rowing stroke.

Storage & Movement

At 244cm long when assembled, the ERG780 has the footprint expected of a full-size rower. For easier storage:

• The frame folds into a vertical storage position

• Transport wheels make the rower easier to move

• The 26kg net weight makes repositioning more manageable

Who Is It Suitable For?

With a maximum user weight of 150kg, the ERG780 is suitable for a broad range of home users. It well-suited for those who prefer to control their own training sessions and use connected fitness apps to track their progress.

* It's recommended that your Home Gym Equipment is kept indoors, away from moisture and dust. For electrical/battery operated machines, it is recommended that they are not stored or used in sheds/garages/covered patio areas or near water. Failure to do so may void the warranty with the manufacturer.
