Project Summary

McSport is proud to deliver a comprehensive gym floor fit-out for BD Gyms, not only for Westpoint but rolled out across multiple locations. This project focused on creating a premium, high-performance training environment, equipped with industry-leading strength solutions from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength.

The Brief

BD Gyms required a gym floor that could support high member usage while delivering a best-in-class training experience. Key priorities included durability, efficient space flow, and equipment that catered to serious strength training, all while maintaining a premium look and feel across locations.

The Equipment

To meet BD Gyms’ performance goals, McSport installed a full range of Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, including the latest core pieces alongside standout USP items such as the Hammer Strength Nordic Curl.

This combination delivers elite-level strength training while withstanding the demands of a busy commercial gym environment.  A range of premium Life Fitness cardio equipment was also installed alongside all accessories a high-functioning gym requires.

Our Approach

From the initial consultation, the McSport commercial team worked closely with BD Gyms to understand their training philosophy, member journey, expected footfall, and long-term operational needs.

Detailed planning ensured each space was optimised for performance, safety, and longevity before installation began.  We developed a 3D design walk-through to fully visualise the space in advance.
