SmartAdjust can automatically change your 0% to 12% incline and your 0-19 KPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience.
Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. The built-in CoolAire has three modes of intensity – low, medium, and high – so you can stay cool during the toughest moments.
Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily using the hydraulic EasyLift assist. When you’re ready to workout around the world, gently press on the EasyLift bar below the treadmill with your foot and let the treadmill lower itself to the ground.

We would advise that as a general guide the equipment should only be used indoors in a sufficiently heated and dry area (ambient temperature between 10° and 35° C). It should not be kept in a humid or dusty location and it should only be stored in surroundings with an ambient temperature between 5° and 45° C. How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
