Every product on this page is Hit Fitness strength equipment that is in stock right now — no pre-order, no lead time. If it is listed here, it is on the shelf and ready to ship.

Hit Fitness is McSport's own gym brand, so pricing skips the distributor margin and parts and service are held here in Ireland.

  • Barbells and discs — Home 20kg 7ft Olympic barbells and Olympic cast iron tri-grip discs from 10kg to 15kg
  • Cast iron kettlebells — single-cast bells in graded weights for swings, carries and circuits
  • Racks and rigs — including the F100 Pro with integrated cable pulley system
  • Weight benches — SB30 home bench and the wider Hit Fitness bench range
  • Weight plates — cast iron, tri-grip and bumper options for home and garage gyms

Buying strength equipment that is actually available

Lead times are the hidden cost of home gym building — a rack that ships in twelve weeks stalls the whole project. This page filters the full strength range down to what we can dispatch now, so you can build a complete setup that arrives together.

Looking for a full package rather than individual items? See our strength bundles and home gym kits.

What does a beginner home gym need?

A rack or squat stand, a bench, a 20kg Olympic barbell and around 60–80kg of plates covers the main lifts. Add kettlebells and dumbbells for accessory and conditioning work as you progress.

Cast iron or bumper plates?

Cast iron tri-grip discs are cheaper per kilo and fine for pressing, rowing and squatting from a rack. Bumper plates are needed if you intend to deadlift or clean and drop the bar, since they protect both the bar and the floor.
