McSport is delighted to announce our new cycle series featuring Hit Fitness Trainer Nathalie Lennon. Nathalie is a health and fitness coach passionate about spreading an authentic body confidence and fitness training message. Using the Hit Fitness G7 bike, Nathalie takes you on the first three classes of our new cycle series that will be sure to get your blood pumping and your legs burning.

Each class lasts around 25-minutes and follows three different playlists. Choose from 90s Hits, Millennial Hits, or TikTok Hits. The music will be sure to add another level of enjoyment to these classes. You can watch these videos on our Instagram.

Who are these classes for?

These classes are perfect for any fitness level. Nathalie will let you know the resistance, but if you can't stay at that, simply turn it down and keep going! The goal is to get your legs moving and to enjoy your workout. All you need is an indoor exercise bike and access to YouTube or Instagram to play these videos.

Why were those playlists picked?

Music evokes emotion. Have you ever been driving on a sunny day and put on songs that make you happy? Or if you're having a bad day, you decide to replay Jar of Hearts by Christina Perri over and over? It’s the same when you are exercising. Playing Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla ice, My First Kiss by 3OH!3, or Blinding Lights by The Weeknd during a cycle class will be sure to get you in the right frame of mind to get the legs pumping. It also helps to match your pedalling to the beat of the music, meaning you are keeping pace with Nathalie as she does the class.

What bikes can you use?

Nathalie uses the Hit Fitness G7 Exercise Bike in the videos, but you can use any indoor exercise bike. If you don't have an indoor bike but are looking to get one?
