The NordicTrack Free Stride Trainer FS14i is a heavy duty machine constructed with commercial grade steel.
The FS14i offers a three-in-one training style combining the motions of a stepper elliptical and a treadmill all in one.
The purpose of combining the three movement patterns is to engage more muscle groups and burn more calories. It features a 82cm auto-adjustable stride.
There's 26 digital resistance levels along with the ability to decline from negative 10 degrees up to 10 percent incline to create a more challenging workout.
The FS14i Elliptical Trainer features a 14 inch smart HD touchscreen and it comes with a 30-day trial of iFit, which is Nordictrack's at-home fitness app.
In addition, the console offers Bluetooth capabilities and it has two speakers. You'll also find an auto breeze workout fan and a water bottle holder.
There are transport wheels on the FS14i or you can leave it where you assemble it but it is very easy to move.

How long does it take?
