This pack comes in two versions: a 52kg option that includes one pair of 5kg and one pair of 10kg rubber radial plates. This is aimed at beginners, who can start with a load of 10kg on each side, and then add the 5kg weight plates as their strength increases, making it an ideal choice for progressive training.
Intermediate and advanced users can opt for the 82kg option. This configuration provides a challenging workout that targets multiple muscle groups and helps you build strength and power.
For the serious weightlifters and athletes, we offer the 122kg option. This setup is perfect for intense strength training, allowing you to push your limits and achieve remarkable results.
Please note that hex bar itself weights 22kg.

How long does it take?
