The Half Rack 110kg Gym Pack Ultra combines a half rack, Olympic barbell and plate set, and the SB57 adjustable bench to support structured strength training at home. Together, these components allow you to perform the main compound lifts - squat, bench press, overhead press, and row variations - using adjustable external resistance.

The half rack provides height-adjustable J-hooks for barbell support and safety arms for protection during failed lifts. This allows you to train independently with appropriate safety when performing heavier sets. The open rack design also gives space for movements such as standing presses, rack pulls, and barbell lunges.
The included 110kg plate set allows resistance to be increased in increments. This makes it possible to apply progressive overload over time, which is necessary for building strength and maintaining long-term progression. The Olympic barbell can be used both inside and outside the rack for a wide range of upper and lower body exercises.
The SB57 adjustable bench adds flat and incline angles to support pressing and seated movements. Combined with the rack and barbell, it enables barbell bench press, incline press, and seated shoulder press. The bench can also be used independently for dumbbell exercises if additional equipment is added later.
This combination provides a complete free-weight training setup centred around compound barbell movements, while also allowing accessory work to support balanced strength development.
