Each dumbbell adjusts from 1.5kg up to 18kg and offers 12 selectable weight settings per dumbbell.
The smaller jumps between early weights make this set ideal for beginners and controlled progression.
Best suited to:
Lower-body work is best limited to goblet squats and lunges at moderate loads.
Ideal for beginners and casual trainers, especially those new to resistance training.
Provides good progression for beginners, but many users outgrow this set once pressing and rowing exceed 18kg per arm.
Each set replaces multiple fixed-weight dumbbells and stores neatly in its cradle. This makes them ideal for apartments, spare rooms, and compact home gyms.
An optional dumbbell stand is available, allowing the dumbbells to be stored at waist height for easier lifting and safer weight changes.
Weight changes are made using a dial-based system and take only a few seconds. For safety, adjustments can only be made while the dumbbells are seated in their cradle.
Yes. Learn why:
Always ensure the dumbbells are fully locked in before lifting and only adjust weights in the cradle.
All three sets are highly space-efficient, replacing multiple dumbbells in one compact system. Pairing any set with the optional stand further improves storage and usability in small home gyms.
