Delivery is based on sizes, quantities and weight of the items ordered and is calculated automatically at the checkout.
A conventional Heavy Punch boxing bag to practice your technique. This heavyweight 3.9-foot punchbag is made from durable synthetic leather to withstand the punishment. This bag is slightly smaller than a conventional sized punchbag which makes it perfect for home or gym and can be hung from a rack or ceiling. This bag is classified as heavy, meaning it's perfect for advanced boxers or people over 80kg. If you are a less experienced boxer and/or lighter in weight, we would recommend a lightweight bag.
You'll just need to hang this punching bag and start training!

Sizing Tip
150cm - 180cm bags are most suitable for adults that are kicking and punching the bag
100cm - 120cm bags are recommended for adults that are using the bag for punches primarily, but can also be used for people under 6 foot in height kickboxing.
80cm - 100cm bags are best for children.
70cm and under is best for juniors up to 8 years old.
How much does shipping cost?
You can also order online and select Pick up for FREE collection at our Showroom.
IMPORTANT: For heavy orders, shipping will be calculated at the checkout.
Please note that deliveries of large items are a kerbside/driveway delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.
How long does it take?
• The majority of our orders are delivered in 2 to 3 business days.
• Larger / Bulkier Orders can take up to 7 days.
You will receive updates from us during the processing and picking of your order. Once it is ready for delivery with our courier you will receive one last update from us letting you know.
All orders are being handled by our third party courier partner, and you will be notified by them, by email or text, of your delivery date when they receive your order for despatch.

The majority of orders are ready for collection within 72 hours. Please wait for your "Ready to Pick Up" notification to come and collect your order from our warehouse at Unit 4 Robinhood Industrial Estate, Robinhood Road, Dublin 22.
Please ensure your mode of transport is suitable for the size of the items you order.
We will hold collection items for 14 days.
