Job Title: Experienced eCommerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Terms: Permanent / Full-Time

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce & digital marketing executive will be a key contributor to the growth of website revenue and performance of our website. You will be sales driven and have the ability to increase online presence - as well as the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

● Support all aspects of our online platform including driving sales, improving conversion rates, increasing AOV, improving shipping methods and encouraging repeat purchase.

● Plan, manage & monitor the digital marketing strategy (Paid Social, PPC, Display, On-Site)

● Manage the Digital Marketing budget, presenting regular reports.

● Work alongside the merchandising team to design and deliver key landing pages.

● Liaise with our marketing team to constantly monitor & improve website efficiency & performance.

● Designing and launching new micro-sites under the brand portfolio.

● Copywriting content on web sites for accuracy, grammar, uniqueness and SEO.

● Database management – contact data. Customer segmentation and profiling.

● Identify new digital trends and monitor competitor activity.

● Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns, media strategies, digital strategy and other activities/events/initiatives aimed at promoting the brand and products.

Knowledge of any or all of the following:

● A passion for e-commerce & online marketing.

● Facebook Advertising Platform.

● Google Adwords / Bing Ads.

● Content creation for sales funnels.

● Google Analytics.

● SEO Techniques.

● Web Design / Development – HTML / CSS

● Graphic Design / Photoshop.

● Email Marketing / Retention Strategies

● Strong Communication Skills alongside strong attention to detail.


● The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ in a similar role.

● Strong commercial acumen and able to work at pace, challenge and results focused, with big focus on ROI.

● Knowledge and prior experience with Shopify (beneficial not essential).

● Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.

● Must have a positive can-do attitude, with a genuine, reliable and kind disposition.

Job Title: Gym Fitter & Installations Team Member

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Terms: Permanent / Full-Time

McSport is currently expanding their Installation Department. We’re looking for energetic, hardworking individuals who have an interest in the fitness industry and developing a career on one of our install teams. If you think you are a good fit, we'd love to hear from you.


  • Delivering Sports & Fitness equipment Nationwide
  • Installing Fitness Equipment into Private Homes and Commercial Gyms
  • Lifting and positioning of heavy fitness equipment.
  • Dealing with Customers in a polite and efficient manner:
  • Liaising with other departments within McSport

Essential Criteria

  • Full Driving License
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous Delivery or Installation Experience desirable

  • Trades man ( DIY ) experience an advantage
  • Training provided if necessary

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Terms: Permanent / Full-Time

This role is to provide additional support to the Warehouse team. The Warehouse Operative will be focused on the picking, packing and shipping process, while also maintaining the accuracy of the Inventory within the company.


  • Daily Picking/Packing & Shipping Orders
  • Receiving and Putting away Inventory
  • Driving of Forklift ( must have a licence )
  • Processing Return orders for both customer and suppliers
  • Maintaining Inventory Accuracy
  • Dealing with Customer/Supplies Quires
  • Liaising with Couriers
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organised Warehouse
  • Ensuring Health & Safety policies are followed by everyone in the Warehouse
  • Liaise with Other Departments on all Warehouse Issues.
