This is the Hit Fitness bench and rack Pack. Our second Squat Rack and Bench based pack.
This pack gives you a functional squat rack with large safety arms. It is a solid construction with adjustable bar hooks and spotter arms and includes handles for moving the rack and also dips. 
The bench included is the Deluxe Utility bench. This bench can span flat, incline and decline with 5 positions. 
Included in this pack is the Home 7 foot Olympic bar. A bar designed for home use, being slightly shorter than standard but fitting all Olympic size plates. 
The weight plates included are Olympic Rubber Weight Plates. These plates are rubber coated so as not to clank against each other and are tri-gripped for ease of movement and extra exercise usability such as shrugs and front raises. Weights included are 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and giving a total bar weight as 85kg. 
Spring Collars are included. These are standard gym equipment and secure on the bar. 

Exercises include:
Squat, Lunge, Chest Press, Incline Press, decline chest press, Shoulder Press, decline sit ups and many more!
