HOW IT WORKS.
- Please wait for a phone call to confirm your order is ready, this may take up to 72 hours.
- We have looked extensively into the way we work, and reviewed our processes to make our Click & Collect service completely contact-free and safe for our colleagues and customers.
- We are carefully rolling out this new way to use Click & Collect, following the advice on social distancing and hygiene.
WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN FOR COLLECTION?
- Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm
- Friday: 9am - 4pm
- Saturday: 10am - 4pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME WHEN COLLECTING MY ORDER?
- Bring your order details as displayed on your order confirmation email
- A current photographic drivers license or passport
- The payment card used to purchase your items.
- For PayPal orders, you will need a current photographic driver’s license or a passport.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO AVAIL OF THE CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE?
We have a click & collect service available to make sure we provide you with your items safely and conveniently.
To avail of our click & collect service, just make your order online and select the click and collect option.
Wait for a phone call from us to confirm your order is ready to collect and then travel to our showroom.
Join our queue for collection, provide a current photographic drivers licence or passport, the payment card used to purchase your items., and your order details as displayed on your order confirmation email.
We will then drop your order to the designated collection point.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT BETWEEN ORDERING AND COLLECTING?
We will endeavour to get your order ready as quickly as possible. You will receive a phone call when it's ready. Please only come to our showroom when you have received that call. We will have your order ready for collection within 24-72 hours.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER FOR ME?
We do our best to prevent fraudulent activity, and because of that, we can only allow the person whose name is on the order confirmation to collect the items.
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND, HOW DO I CANCEL?
As long as your order hasn’t yet been collected you can cancel it by contacting us at (01) 293 0005. Once cancelled you should receive your refund within 3-5 working days. Alternatively, if you haven’t collected your order after 7 days your order will be automatically cancelled and you’ll receive a refund.
CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once the order has been accepted and confirmed, we cannot amend or change it.
