Hit Fitness Olympic Black Rubber Bumper Plates

These black bumper plates are the perfect addition to any strength & conditioning or Olympic lifting programme. These robust, professionally tested bumper plates come in weights of 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg. Made from 100% hard rubber they are durable and designed for low impact bounce upon release. This means minimal damage to both flooring and plates. They are carefully crafted and engineered with noise reduction technology. These plates come with a 2" reinforced centre sleeve for easy loading. They are suitable for both home and commercial gym use.

  • HIT Fitness bumper plates are perfect for performing a large number of multi-joint and single-joint movements.
  • Exercises such as deadlifts, barbell rows, and overhead shoulder presses in which plates are continuously dropped from a height will benefit most from the use of these plates.
  • The anti-bounce technology will reduce exercise technique set-up time between exercise repetitions whilst also preventing the bumper plates from sliding off of the barbell during an exercise set as a result of repeated bouncing.
