Keeping Fit Through Restrictions

With restrictions changing every few weeks, it's getting harder and harder to maintain habits and build momentum in your training schedule.
The new restrictions due to Covid-19 come as the days are growing shorter, and after so many months of uncertainty, it’s so important that we look after ourselves and practice as much self-care as we can to maximise our mental and physical wellbeing. That’s why we, at McSport are providing customers with free workouts on our Instagram to help motivate customers to maintain a healthy fitness routine at home, and to inform people on different workouts to try for different goals with different levels of equipment. Just because the gyms close, or you can't make it to the gym, doesn't mean you can't achieve your goals and progress your fitness. You can do this from home, with different equipment, it just takes some creativity!
