The combinations of repetitions are for you to decide, although it may be best to begin with a low ratio of mass and then increase it once you feel stronger.
However, the squat is only one of myriad strengthening weight training exercises you can use to sculpt and redefine the contours of your body. Consult the trainer at your local gym or simply browse online resources to find the combination of exercises that works best for your particular needs. However, always remember to consult your physician before starting a demanding exercise program.
