With the weather in Europe seemingly getting colder and harsher by the day more and more teams are having to use Astroturf and other types of synthetic fields to play sport on. The benefits of these all-weather pitches are numerous for the ability to play year round without any kind of surface issues to a more predictable bounce of the ball. Until now one of the big problems has been the inability to properly mark the astro with anything other than basic cones due to not wanting to ruin the surface. These Pole Bases however make that job much, much more simple. The pole base is a simple but effective yellow stand that allows corner flags and other poles to be placed wherever you want on hard surfaces. Perfect for synthetic turf these pole bases are also very useful when you want to mark a slightly frozen field and don’t want to spend half an hour driving flags into the ground in the biting wind. The bases can easily be weighted down to prevent them from blowing over and are also useful for training sessions where flags may need to be moved around to incorporate a number of different drills.
