How will i know when my order is being delivered?
McSport use Ireland's Largest courier company DPD, for all deliveries.
As part of our dedicated service, when goods leave the McSport warehouse you will be notified by email.
Within this email you will be issued with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery online with DPD.
To help our customers we have also introduced a free text message (SMS) service on all deliveries when a mobile phone number is supplied.
When your order is placed on a vehicle for delivery from your local DPD Depot, you will be notified by text message at no extra cost.

What are your office hours?
McSport is open Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 5pm, Friday 9:30am - 4pm including lunch times (GMT).

Can I collect my order from your premises?
Yes, customers may collect their order from our warehouse in Bray, Co. Wicklow if arranged at the time of placing their order. We advise customers to email sales@mcsport.ie or call the McSport Sales Team on +353 1 202 2820 to place their order and ensure that we have that item available for collection. All orders require laser/credit card details in order to hold them.
It is worth noting that while goods may be in-stock, they may be allocated to other orders therefore it is important to check with our Sales Team before coming out to collect your order. If the item is not available, please allow 7-10 working days for it to come back into stock and a member of the McSport Team will call you to advise your order is ready for collection. Please note that orders that aren’t collected after 1 week are automatically put back into stock.

Do you have a shop that I can call into?
No but you can call out. We are located in Bray, Co. Wicklow that customers may call out and visit. While we currently do not have a product showroom, it is advisable for customers to email sales@mcsport.ie or call our McSport Sales Team on +353 1 202 2820 to place their order and to ensure that we have that item available for collection. Customers can pay by Cash / Laser / Credit Card at our premises.

How much does shipping cost?
The Standard Shipping rate is €9.95. The vast majority of items sold on McSport.ie come under this rate.
However for bulky and heavy items the Shipping rate is €19.95.
UK Deliveries are charged based on a pending weight of €9.95 for every small item & €19.95 for every larger item.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping/Delivery will be made within 7-14 working days. Overseas shipping may take longer, please contact our sales team for more information on +353 1 2022820.

Do we deliver to the outside of Ireland?
Yes, we do deliver outside of Ireland.

Directions To McSport
FROM N11:
Take 3rd Exit off N11 for Bray. Look for the Enniskerry, Greystones exit. Take this turn off, at the roundabout, take the exit for Bray (to right hand side of Topaz garage). Travel along Killarney Road (passing Roman Catholic Church on right hand side), going through Boghall Road junction. Look for green palisade fencing on the right hand-side and take right turn into Killarney Road Business Park. The business park is shaped in a reversed L shape, our offices are located at the back on the right hand side, Unit C. We are open between 9am - 5pm (Mon-Thurs) & Fri (9am - 4pm). Our office are closed Saturday & Sunday.

FROM BRAY TOWN:
At the top of Bray Town the road forks in the road. Take the road to the right of the old Town Hall (McDonalds) which takes you onto the Killarney Road. Travel along the road, passing through 2 sets of traffic lights. You will then pass 3 housing estates on your left. On the left you will a green palisade fencing which is your turn into the Killarney Road Business Park. The business park is shaped in a reversed L shape, our offices are located at the back on the right hand side, Unit C. We are open between 9am - 5pm (Mon-Thurs) & Fri (9am - 4pm). Our office are closed Saturday & Sunday.
